Jersey Cows are a small breed of dairy cattle, and are regarded for their milk and butterfat production. The breed is also popular for the lower maintenance costs. There is a greater economy of production with the cattle breed. It is adaptable to a broad range of geographical and climatic conditions. Also, the Jersey Cow makes more pounds of milk per pound of the body weight. It is widely known for its general size and quality – fine for dairy purposes.
